The City of Rochester is now hiring for Parks Operations Supervisor
This position works closely with the Park & Forestry Operations Manager and has varying responsibility for coordinating contractual services, performing project management, overseeing fleet maintenance, assisting with asset management implementation and record keeping, and provides supervision to assigned park staff.
Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in facility management, landscape construction/maintenance, construction management, park administration or closely related field from an accredited four-year college or university AND two (2) years of full-time employment experience managing construction/maintenance projects and leading maintenance staff.
OR
An associate's degree from an accredited program in facility management, landscape construction/maintenance, construction management, park administration or closely related field AND five (5) years of progressively responsible full-time employment experience managing construction/maintenance projects and leading maintenance staff.
