Description

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all service offerings of the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Route Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize route efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis & Planning: Leverage data driven mindset to continuously analyze performance and construct commensurate improvement plans
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
  • Forecasting: Use market intelligence and contractual data to forecast and manage manpower needs
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction by optimizing service delivery processes and addressing any operational issues promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to support overall business objectives and growth.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the executive team on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a route-based service business.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
