Forward Deployed Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who will support a government contract located in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities for the Forward Deployed Engineer:
Ensure successful mission management software implementations through deep

understanding of the software and on-the-fly problem solving
Embed directly with our customers to configure the existing software

platforms to solve their toughest problems
Rapid-prototypeing new product functionality to get quick and robust user feedback
Educate customers on how to use Software: what it can do, tuning,

customizing rules, and driving customer-specific automations
Technical troubleshooting based on the logs to quickly reach resolution
Understand customer challenges intimately and act as a key liaison between the

customer, and the customer success and product teams to.

Qualifications for the Forward Deployed Engineer:
A degree in Aerospace engineering or 5 years equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in full stack development with a focus on customer-facing roles
Proficiency in Python
Experience writing React components in Typescript and using React frameworks like

Next.js, Refine (or Blitz.js / RedwoodJS)
Basic understanding of networking topologies and protocols (e.g. cloud

connectivity to on-prem hardware, UDP v. TCP, etc.)

Compensation for the Forward Deployed Engineer:

• $155,000 - $190,000 *Depending on Experience.
• Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holiday, 401k, PTO, and sick leave as required by law
