THE WORK
As the leader of Tool Control for the Final Assembly and Hangar Tool Cribs, you will oversee the management of all tools and perishable supplies used to support aircraft production. You will set and enforce factory-wide standards for tooling, storage, and inventory management. This role supports a 3-shift operation across six tool cribs in Final Assembly and two in the Flight Hangars. In addition to tool crib operations, you will also be responsible for Foreign Object Debris (FOD) management. This position includes leadership of hourly represented employees and plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Basic Qualifications
You are a detail-oriented, technical professional with a background in Material Control. Your leadership skills and commitment to quality make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Experience in supervising hourly employees.
Strong understanding of compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and training programs.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
A commitment to fostering a safe and ethical work environment.
The ability to encourage and recognize employee contributions to improve operations.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $66,100 - $116,495. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
