As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you'll play a central role in the mental wellness journey of our clients. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work in an environment that encourages creativity, flexibility, and clinical autonomy.
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting individual, couple, and/or family sessions via in-person and/or secure telehealth platforms.
- Creating tailored treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy).
- Managing your caseload and clinical documentation efficiently, supported by admin staff.
- Participating in clinical consultation groups, peer support circles, and continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team when needed (case managers, psychiatrists, etc.)
Requirements
- Current, active California LMFT license (pre-licensed applicants may apply to related roles).
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- 1+ year of post-licensure experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting.
- Compassion, curiosity, and commitment to client-centered care.
- Training or certification in EMDR, somatic therapy, Gottman, IFS, or trauma-focused care.
