We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at one of our preferred locations: Strongsville, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Birmingham, AL. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Required Skills:

• 6-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, specifically with F5 technologies.
• Proficiency in F5 LTM (Local Traffic Manager) for managing and optimizing network traffic.
• Expertise in creating and managing iRules and profiles to customize application delivery and security.
• Experience with F5 GTM (Global Traffic Manager) for directing user requests to the best-performing data center.
• Proven track record in performing hardware and software upgrades to maintain system efficiency and security.
• Strong skills in configuration and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure systems to support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of IT services.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to network traffic management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of IT infrastructure capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
