Salary: $95,000
Bilingual Stiped: $5,000
Intensive Stipend: $3,000

Under minimal supervision, the Program Manager will perform a substantial management and administrative role for the mental health program and also act as an agency-wide resource in relation to designated program matters. Job Responsibilities:
- Provides both administrative and clinical supervision of professional program staff, including other supervisory staff. ensuring compliance with Productivity expectation, adherence to federal and state laws, documentation standards and clinical service delivery standards.
- Assists and informs Mental Health Director about leadership matters typically occurring in a region of service keeping corporate headquarters informed of all regional matters.
- Ensures access and appropriate utilization of services. Participates in case disposition.
- Reviews budgetary issues and ensures that all staff in affiliated programs are producing at or above expected levels.
- Resolves programmatic issues that impede program from meeting budgetary expectations.
- Provides continuous feedback to supervisors and staff members regarding actual productivity as compared to goal and develops strategies to meet programmatic and individual obligation. Ensures that each funding stream is maximized.
- Ensures compliance with administrative policies and county/state laws and guidelines. Participates in audit preparation and chart review. Ensures that all chart documentation is present and appropriate.
- Acts as team member on an agency-wide team that has critical program responsibility, such as the Administrative Review Team or Quality Improvement Committee.
- Manages and monitors multi-location caseload distribution and retrenchment strategies.
- Represents agency in networking with local organizations. Collaborates with schools, DMH, DCFS and other agencies as needed.
- Carries out general office management and supervision of support staff.
General:
- Maintains confidentiality in matters of agency operations, personnel, and clients.
- Maintains positive communications with all agency staff, clients, and visitors.
- Exercises good judgment in performance of duties and responsibilities.
- Supports existing agency policies, principles, and mission.
- Other related duties as assigned.
What you will need to bring:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field from an accredited four-year college or university
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or MFT licensed with BBS.
- Five to seven years related experience including supervisory experience.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
