*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

As a business analysis manager, you will...
- Support the Latin America Licensed Stores business unit by leading the development of its annual operating budget and quarterly forecasts. Establish timelines, engage with budget owners, identify risks and opportunities in plan, and conduct timely reviews of financials with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency with overall company targets.
- Contribute to and/or lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to leadership by analyzing and reporting on financial results and key performance measures. Prepare management reports against forecast, budget and prior year. Identify trends, communicate observations and provide recommendations for revenue and margin improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, conduct ad-hoc analysis on business trends and consult on business decisions to drive business results
- Build financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives and contract negotiations. Identify, analyze, and communicate trends and issues affecting the business.
- Provide and explain financial information and guidance effectively to all levels of management.
- Educate financial/business acumen and ensure adherence to policy.
- Establish and facilitate process development and perform on-going review of planning and reporting process to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
We'd love to hear from people with:
- Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning (7 years)
- Applicable industry experience (5 years)
- Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams (5 years)
- Making recommendations to and influencing decision makers (5 years)
- Project management experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment
