Summary:

We currently have an opening for a Systems Analyst I within our Information Technologydivision. This position will support applications used for Finance (AP, AR, budgeting, GL, reporting, payroll and taxes) Human Resources (benefits, compensation and talent acquisition), and Business Operations (purchasing, inventory and receiving). The Systems Analyst will also assist the subject matter experts with identifying/analyzing business process improvements, testing of system changes, report writing, ensuring data integrity, and supporting upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects.

Total Rewards:

A typical starting range for this position is $75,000 - $103,000 annually. Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and provides operational support of business processes and business applications.
Supports, enhances and maintains existing business applications to ensure their availability, reliability, and performance.
Designs and develops business solutions based on business requirements to provide business improvements.
Works with business areas to identify specific business requirements and determine system and/or process needs to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations.
Develops and conducts quality assurance testing to ensure quality products are delivered.
Establishes strategic direction for business applications and corresponding technologies to meet GRE's long term goals.
Develops and maintains system security to ensure confidentiality.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technology related field and 0-3+ years of experience designing, developing and supporting business systems or applications OR 2+ years post high school education in a technology related field and 2-5+ years of experience designing, developing and supporting business systems or applications.
Infor industry cloud solutions experience is preferred with the following modules, Global HR, Financials & Supply Management, HR Payroll, Infor Document Management, and ancillary add-ins (Spreadsheet Designer, Learning Management System, Infor OS etc.). Experience with other ERP systems will also be taken into consideration.
Knowledge of human resources information systems, payroll processing, computer and business software applications.
Knowledge of financial, human resource practices, procedures and employment laws are a plus.
Knowledge of labor budgeting/reporting, payroll, time accrual, and benefits processing.
Knowledge and skill in reporting tools such as Financial Reporting, BIRST, Cognos, and spreadsheet applications are preferred.
Knowledge and skill in relational database technologies such as Oracle and SQL are preferred.
Knowledge and skill in ancillary systems used to support ERP technologies i.e. AP automation, Work Planning, Project Management and onsite data repositories are preferred.
Skill in systems analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation and support.
Skill in creating and maintaining integrations using Web Services, REST APIs, JSON, and other middleware technologies.
Skill in various programming languages including Python, JavaScript, Java and SQL.
Skill in installing and configuring major applications and/or application enhancements.
Skill in gathering and documenting business requirements and processes.
Strong analytical, facilitation, project management, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to establish credibility, build relationships, and partner with all levels of the organization.
Ability to organize and interpret data, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, multi-task, and provide strong customer service.
