- To facilitate and coordinate activities of the Civil Courts Support personnel engaged in carrying out organizational objectives, utilizing knowledge of the District Clerk's rules, regulations, and policies.
- To achieve optimum efficiency and accomplish the goals of the District Clerk's Office, as outlined in the organizational Strategic Plan and Mission Statement.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study from an accredited college or university and
- Three (3) years of related experience OR
- Seven (7) years of related experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or management role working with or within the District Clerk's office.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Have a general knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities of the various sections within the District Clerk's office.
- Must be able to explain to lawyers and pro se litigants the reasons for clerks taking action in the processing of filings.
- Must be capable of working under stress and managing multiple projects simultaneously with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to work overtime without prior notice and work flexible hours as required.
- Must be willing to travel to any destination required to participate or assist with office projects.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a knowledge of JWEB and DEEDS in order to assist staff.
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Must have excellent presentation, analytical, decision-making, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Must have a high level of confidentiality, personal responsibility, dependability and time management.
- Must act as a role model for the section; presenting oneself as a professional employee for the staff and other employees to emulate - Lead by example.
- Must be able to elevate the staff and team performance by supervising, mentoring, coaching and developing skills for high performance.
- Must be able to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with the staff, management members and other employees throughout the organization.
