Job Description: Summary:
The main function of a data analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems. A typical database analyst/programmer is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing security measures to safeguard the computer database.
Minimum Skills Required:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configurations
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionality
Experience working in complex salesforce orgs
Experience working with Base customization (Record types, objects, page layouts, macros, flows, reports and dashboards, etc.), security models, lightning framework, apps, and consoles
Understand requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Experience working with integrations and managed packages.
Ability to work in aggressive project timelines/Flexible to work with different timezones.
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Record Pages
Experience working on Omni Channel (Skill Based Routing), Knowledge Management
Salesforce Certified Developer, Service Cloud Consultant and App Builder certifications
Excellent communication - be able to document requirements, test cases, UAT plan and drive business stakeholder alignment.
Able to migrate Metadata via CI/CD from sandbox to next higher orgs.
Job Responsibilities:
Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
Modify existing databases and database management systems or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.
Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.
Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Knowledge of database management software.
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.
