Trystar's team members are our most important asset, we are in search of an Offering Manager (OM). The OM will support the portfolio of solutions based on a strategic vision derived from voice-of-customer and market intelligence. The OM is responsible for the developing strategy, generating revenue and profit growth of assigned product lines. This role will report to Trystar's Sr. Offering Manager, and will be based in Burnsville, MN or Houston, TX.

In this role you will get to:
- Support the Senior Offering Manager in developing and executing the product strategy for assigned categories within Trystar's portfolio, including Distribution, Transmission, and Safety products.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion by managing existing product lines and contributing to the development of new offerings through market research, customer feedback, and business case analysis.
- Own and manage product line performance, including sales, margin, market share, warranty, and inventory metrics, in alignment with annual business category plans.
- Lead product life cycle management activities including roadmap development, phase-in/phase-out planning, and end-of-life strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze financial and market data to develop insights and strategic options for product line improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing to resolve cross-functional challenges and support the delivery of business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with Business Development and Sales teams to execute customer-facing initiatives, including sales enablement, training, promotional campaigns, and customer visits.
- Assist in leading cross-functional teams through new product development and launch processes, ensuring alignment with market needs and organizational goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather market intelligence to inform positioning, differentiation, and future development opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure creation and delivery of effective product collateral, digital and print campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Recommend and implement pricing strategies based on customer value perception, competitive benchmarks, and margin targets, with guidance from the Senior Offering Manager.
- Contribute to customer journey mapping and product experience enhancements by applying VOC/OVOC insights to improve value delivery.
- Partner with the Customer Experience team to support the creation of product documentation, support tools, and sales training materials.
- Develop a working understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and evolving customer needs to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and safety across the product management team and broader organization.
Job Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, marketing, sales, or engineering roles managing portfolios of systems, solutions, or controls
- Industry experience in industrial electrical or power generation and distribution products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product life cycles and deliver business results
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in a project-based business environment, preferably in commercial or industrial markets.
- Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to translate customer insights and market analysis into actionable plans.
- Prior experience in Product Manager / Product Owner / Strategic Marketing roles.
- Ability to balance technical detail with broader business and strategic goals.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or initiatives.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with analytical tools and software.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail while maintaining a strong grasp of overall product strategy
- Ability to influence across teams and levels without direct authority.
