Honeywell is hiring a Sr Director Global Sales L&D tosit in either our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA HON hub locations. The SrDirector Global Sales L&D is responsible for creating, implementing, andmanaging innovative learning and development programs that enhance the skillsand performance of the sales team. This role will focus on developingstrategies that drive sales excellence, improve customer engagement, andsupport the overall growth objectives.
This role will report directly to the VP Sales Transformationand work on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Deliverables:
- Development and execution of a comprehensive learning strategy for the sales team.
- Successful implementation of training programs that improve sales performance and customer engagement.
- Regular analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Continuous improvement and innovation in sales training programs.
- Learning Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the sales team's goals and the company's strategic objectives.
- Program Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to the needs of the sales team.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement. Use this data to inform the development of targeted learning interventions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs are relevant and effective. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
- Mentoring and Coaching: Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to sales team members to support their professional development and improve their performance.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Report on the impact of learning initiatives to senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and development. Continuously improve and innovate learning programs to meet evolving business needs.
- 8+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on sales training
- Past people leadership/management experience
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross
- functional teams, proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Master's Degree
- Relevant certifications in training and development, such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or similar
- Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
