About The RoleThe IT MIS Lead will own the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of core corporate systemsincluding ERP, CRM, HRM, and other mission-critical applications. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can bridge business processes with engineering execution to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. The successful candidate will take full ownership of enterprise application infrastructure, drive automation-first operations, and deliver exceptional service to business stakeholders.
Asuccessful candidatewouldhave strong engineering background alongside a comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g.,SOX, GDPR)and be able to create demonstrableIT General Control design, testing, andcompliance for external auditors andany otherregulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Systems Leadership
- Serve as the technical and operational lead for corporate platforms including ERP, CRM, and HRM systems.
- Architect andoptimizesystems to support business operations across Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, and Operations.
- Lead system implementation, integration, upgrade, and migration initiatives from planning to execution.
Engineering and Automation
- Integrate corporate systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Build andmaintainCI/CD pipelines for system updates, configurations, and deployment automation.
Security and Compliance Alignment
- Collaborate with Security and GRC teams to enforce compliance and security controls across all enterprise applications.
- Implement andmaintainaccess controls, audit logging, role-based provisioning, and data retention policies.
- Support evidence generation for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other regulatory or audit frameworks.
IT Operations & Service Excellence
- Own incident, change, and problem management processes related to corporate systems.
- Monitor andoptimizesystem availability, performance, and data integrity using observability tools.
- Deliver system KPIs and dashboards to IT leadership, enabling data-driven decisions and prioritization.
Business Stakeholder Management
- Partner with executives and business unit owners to understand requirements,business needs and act as the primary technical liaison to business units for ERP/CRM/HRM roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and project delivery.
- Workwith vendors and service providers to manage contracts, SLAs, and delivery accountability.
- Drive user enablement and training initiatives to increase adoption and reduce friction in system usage.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with clear ROI.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with ERP/CRM/HRM systems, including system design, administration, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuiteand Salesforce
- Desirableexpertisewith platforms suchasWorkday, BambooHR, or similar.
- Demonstrated understanding of IT governance, access control, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern IT service management (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow) and asset lifecycle processes
- Experience with identity integration (SSO, SAML, SCIM) and enterprise application security.
