SALARY: $120,000 - $142,500, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

It's us, the creative and strategic team at DraftLine, Anheuser-Busch's creative team. We're the brand guardians making sure all aspects of content (from digital to trade, TVC to IRL) are on-point and moving the needle for the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- You have endless ideas. Big ideas. Small ideas. Wild ideas. NBDB ideas. But most importantly, ideas that pay off the strategy, and are aligned to the audience
- You're a self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do, finds opportunities, and can own multiple projects at once without direct supervision to empower you
- You're constantly on the lookout for fresh ways to bring (on-brand) culture to your work
- You have a love of -and curiosity about- pitching and communicating ideas/campaigns to big rooms
- You have stellar copy or art ability to write in different voices, tones, styles and lengths (or deliver compelling design direction, typography and visual solutions)
- You're passionate about maintaining brand consistency, with a consistent track record of detail-focused, dedicated work
- You're adept at collaboratingto find strategic through-lines, building platforms, crafting taglines and refining (but not killing) ideas
- You love the art of the story, and bring it to life concisely and eloquently in all decks
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 yr bachelor's degree required
- 8+ yearsworking in a content studio, media, ad agency or brand in-house agency environment
- Proven experiencecrafting across multiple marketing channels
- Deep understanding of how audiences behave and interact with digital media
- History of outstanding concept conceptualization and award-winning creative
- Experience encouraging collaboration that leads to strong work, mentorship and phenomenal vibes
- Knowledge and genuine interest in Anheuser-Busch beer
- A thick skin and good sense of humor
- Absolutely zero ego and a "We" over "Me" attitude
