About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Partner Marketing Manager to lead our partner marketing initiatives and drive the growth of our partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive partner marketing strategies to maximize the value of our partnerships, increase brand exposure, and generate revenue. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the supply chain industry landscape, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful partner marketing programs. This role will report to the Packsize Senior Director of Global Marketing.

What You'll Do
  • Partner Marketing Strategy:
    • Work with the Packsize Partnerships team to develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and supports revenue growth.
    • Identify key target markets, segments, and industries for partnership opportunities, and create tailored marketing plans to effectively reach and engage these audiences.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in partner marketing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner marketing activities.
  • Partner Enablement and Activation:
    • Define and execute partner enablement programs to educate and empower partners to effectively promote and sell Packsize solutions.
    • Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, presentations, and other resources to support partner activities and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners to enhance their knowledge of our offerings and enable them to communicate value propositions effectively.
    • Implement partner activation campaigns to drive partner engagement and motivate partners to actively promote and refer Packsize solutions.
  • Joint Marketing Programs:
    • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing programs and campaigns that drive mutual success.
    • Coordinate co-marketing activities, including webinars, events, content collaborations, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Manage joint marketing campaigns, track ROI, and provide regular reporting and insights on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs.
    • Leverage partner marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners, serving as the main point of contact for all partner marketing-related activities.
    • Work closely with partners to understand their marketing goals, align strategies, and identify opportunities for mutual growth.
    • Collaborate with the Packsize Partnerships team to identify and onboard new strategic partners and develop marketing plans to support their success.
  • Measurement and Optimization:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of partner marketing programs.
    • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Continuously monitor industry trends, partner feedback, and market dynamics to evolve and enhance partner marketing strategies.

  • What You'll Bring
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing, preferably in the supply chain industry.
    • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable partner marketing strategies.
    • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
    • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, partner ecosystems, and co-marketing strategies.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing programs.
    • Experience in managing partner enablement programs and creating effective sales enablement resources.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and deliver results within allocated resources.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems

    Working Environment & Physical Demands
    • Role is a remote position
    • Role requires the individual to sit at a desk for extended periods working on a computer and desk monitor throughout the day.
    • Occasional travel as needed

    What We Offer

    The salary range for this role is $95,000-$115,000, however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
