The Construction Project Manager for Commercial projects will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects, focusing on multi-family and townhouse renovations and tenant improvements. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Construction Project Manager for Commercial projects will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects, focusing on multi-family and townhouse renovations and tenant improvements. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources using Primavera P6.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Oversee the work of foremen and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including estimates, take-offs, and change orders.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resolve issues promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6.
- Excellent understanding of carpentry and remodeling practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
