Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Global Data Privacy to lead and evolve our global data privacy strategy. This individual will serve as the enterprise-wide privacy expert, ensuring compliance with complex international laws, mitigating risk, and driving a culture of accountability, transparency, and trust. As a key leader in our Ethics & Compliance team, the Director will also play a critical role in developing policies for emerging technologies, including AI.

The compensation for the position is: $136,000.00 - $160,000.00

Job Description
- Collaborate with product, technology, and legal teams to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI and machine learning technologies.
- Oversee data governance practices to ensure data used in AI models is collected, stored, and processed in compliance with applicable laws.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in data privacy, information governance, or related compliance leadership roles within complex, global organizations.
- Deep expertise in global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other emerging privacy laws.
- Relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM).
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and partnering cross-functionally in highly matrixed environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex privacy matters across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
