We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Brand Manager to join our dynamic team.

The primary objective for the Brand Manager is to support the development and execution of the company's brand strategies. The role focuses on the development of branding, stories, insights, and strategy that guide merchandising and marketing, collaborating with teams to ensure programs are on strategy and plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Execution, brand plans and business objectives
  • Ensure branding across all elements is consistent with brand guidelines (ex. packaging, naming, etc.)
  • Oversee branding for multi-faceted advertising, merchandising, and promotional programs
  • Develop annual brand business reviews
  • Market & Consumer Insights
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, sales, digital and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
  • Brand and Resource Management
  • Research and analysis with actionable recommendations


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in brand management or marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in brand licensing or CPG
  • MBA or Master's Degree in related field
  • Skilled in Data Analysis
