We are looking for a Designer with a strong passion for all things design. Ideally, you are someone with some experience in the field, but willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. You will be exposed to many different types of projects, ranging from illustration to animation to interactive.

This role is for a beauty / pharmaceutical brand, so pharma experience is required.

Roles + Responsibilities:
  • Develop branding and visual standards for campaigns
  • Work with the New Business team on building presentation materials
  • Create original designs that align to project goals, creative direction, fluid templates, and standards
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and the larger creative team to explore concepts and iterate on design layouts
  • Prepare for creative reviews by outputting optimized files and presentation materials
  • Present persuasively and clearly articulate design rationale for project creative solutions
  • Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, and typography are flawless
  • Able to think creatively within pharma guidelines
  • Extreme attention to detail

Requirements
  • Familiar with the regulatory review process for pharmaceutical products
  • 3+ year(s) of experience in a creative agency or similar environment (digital agency is a plus)
  • Keen design sense: understanding of typography, color theory, illustration and current design trends/industry standards
  • A portfolio that showcases a wide variety of work
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to speak to / present your work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • An insatiable appetite for design and a willingness to learn new skills
  • After Effects Experience is a plus

Benefits

The salary band for this role is $75,000 - $100,000. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at SPCSHP within the same role to maintain equity.
