Specific tasks will include:
- Work on equipment installation, relocation, and removal
- Handle VOIP phones, WAPs, and data communications equipment
- Support the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH)
- Participate in planning and execution of all project phases, including:
- Request analysis
- Site surveys
- Site preparation
- Cable troubleshooting and installation
- Asset management
- Inventory control
- Network assistance
Requested Qualifications:
- 60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting PCs and Printers
- 60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting servers
- 12 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting VOIP phones
- 60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting data communications equipment
- 60 Months of Experience conducting technical site surveys
- 60 Months of Experience data cable installation/troubleshooting
- 36 Months of Experience conducting inventory control
- 36 Months of Experience in desktop support
Work hours and location:
- Full time role with engagement length of 30 months
- Daily work hours: Starting between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM and ending between 4:30 PM- 5:30 PM with 12 hour for lunch
- Physical office location: 330 5th Ave A-B, New York, NY 10001
- Telecommuting options: Negotiable
