  • Rfection majeure du tunnel LH La Fontaine et des tunnels Ville-Marie et Viger;
  • Dconstruction du pont Champlain, etc.

Actuellement, l'quipe de Ponts et Tunnels est la recherche d'un Chef d'quipe et charg de projet - Ponts et tunnels pour se joindre notre bureau de Montral.

Idalement vous avez :

  • Baccalaurat en gnie civil avec spcialisation en structures
  • Matrise en structure privilgie
  • 10 15 annes d'exprience professionnelle en conception ou inspection de ponts et tunnels
  • Membre de l'Ordre des Ingnieurs du Qubec (OIQ) ou d'une autre province Canadienne
  • Connaissance des normes de ponts (CAN/CSA-S6) et des logiciels d'analyse structurale (SAP, CSiBridge, ADA, etc.)
  • Les certifications du MTQ (conception, inspection, entretien, construction et rparation des structures, etc.) sont un atout
  • Une exprience de gestion d'quipe (techniciens, ingnieurs) est un atout
  • Formation en gestion de projet (matrise, PMP, etc.) constitue un atout


La connaissance du franais est requise pour les postes situs en permanence au Qubec afin que le titulaire puisse communiquer au besoin avec ses collgues et partenaires au Qubec. Une formation en franais est offerte tout titulaire d'un poste permanent au Qubec qui ne possde pas une bonne connaissance du franais.

Autre exigence linguistique

La matrise de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste afin de communiquer avec les collgues, les clients et les partenaires (ou les fournisseurs) situs l'extrieur du Qubec, et de comprendre la documentation technique et scientifique disponible dans le domaine de notre industrie.

Avec nous, vous pourrez :

  • Agir titre de chef d'quipe, de charg de projet, concepteur en structures dans des projets majeurs de conception et de rfection de ponts et tunnels.
  • Coordonner le travail avec les clients et superviser et encadrer l'quipe de structure ainsi que les autres disciplines impliques dans les projets (gnie routier, maintien de la circulation, gotechnique, environnement, lectricit, planification, etc.).
  • Assurer la supervision, la gestion et l'encadrement d'une quipe d'ingnieurs et de techniciens.
  • Participer la prparation et la vrification des livrables (tudes d'opportunit et d'avant-projets, valuations de capacit portante, valuations sismiques, analyses structurales, plans, devis, estimations et chancier des travaux, etc.).
  • Participer aux inspections des structures selon les projets.
  • Excuter d'autres activits d'ingnierie associes ce poste, au besoin.

  • Major repair of the LH La Fontaine tunnel and the Ville-Marie and Viger tunnels
  • Deconstruction of the Champlain Bridge

Currently, the Bridges and Tunnels Team is looking for a Team Leader and Project Manager - Bridges and Tunnels to join our Montreal office.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering with specialization in structures
  • Masters in structural engineering strongly preferred
  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience in bridge and tunnel design and inspection
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec or of another Canadian province
  • Knowledge of bridge standards (including CAN/CSA-S6) and of structural analysis software (SAP, CSiBridge, ADA, etc.)
  • MTQ certifications (design, inspection, maintenance, construction, and repair of structures, etc.) are an asset
  • Experience in team management (technicians, engineers) is an asset
  • Training in project management (master's degree, PMP) is an asset


Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.

Other language requirement

Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as team leader, project manager and structural designer for major design and rehabilitation projects.
  • Coordinate work with clients, supervise and coach the structural team as well as other disciplines involved in the projects (road engineering, traffic maintenance, geotechnics, environment, electricity, planning, etc.).
  • Ensure adequate supervision, management and support of a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Participate in the preparation and verification of deliverables (feasibility and preliminary-design studies, bearing capacity assessments, seismic assessments, structural analyzes, plans, specifications, estimates and work schedules, etc.).
  • Participate in bridge inspection depending on projects.
  • Perform other engineering activities associated with this position, as needed.
