What You Will Do:

Manage a large portfolio ofnew andexisting customers with emphasis on a consultative approach. The Implementation Consultant will:
  • Lead end-to-end WMS implementation projects, from design to post-go-live support
  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering and process analysis with warehouse operators, IT, and leadership stakeholders
  • Design and configure workflows that align with best practices and client-specific needs (e.g., receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns) across Extensiv's suite of products
  • Manage and coordinate system integrations (e.g., ERP, TMS, EDI, e-commerce platforms)
  • Deliver user training and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to end users and Super Users
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live planning, and hyper-care support
  • Identify risks early, build mitigation plans, and maintain momentum throughout the project
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to represent the voice of the customer
  • Serve as a strategic advisor through our Premium Account Services program that focuses on continuous improvement, product adoption, and optimizing warehouse operations
  • Key goals include; ensuring customer renewals, increasing customer lifetime value, improvingNPS, and maintaining a high CSAT score, 70% billableutilization, 80% budget attainment, and 80% on time completion
  • Travel to customer sites for onsiteimplementation,consultation, warehouse launches, and training (expected 25% travel, up to 50%)
  • Deliver high quality customer experience to ensure success within a customer's first year with Extensiv

You Bring/Are:
  • 4-7 years of experience in WMS implementation, supply chain consulting, or warehouse operations
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations and workflows, especially in 3PL, distribution, or e-commerce environments
  • Independent, self-actuated, self-starter with the ability toeffectively and successfully manage high-profileaccounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
  • Process-oriented and obsessivelyorganized
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
  • Ability to travel ~25%

Extensiv strives to provide competitive market-informed compensation based on a candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The targeted compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.
