Summary of Position:

The LPI Gas Scheduling Representative will be responsible for the scheduling, tracking, and optimization of gas supply needs to LPI's CNG stations, ensuring both adequacy and cost-effectiveness. This includes ensuring a consistent gas supply, mitigating risks, and maintaining uninterrupted operations. This role will have accountability for the development and execution of related business strategies as well as be measured by gas supply performance to the stations. This role will also serve as the lead for business activity reporting as well as other business-related responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum five years of experience in oilfield services and/or sales.
  • Good understanding of operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, and accounting.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong with Excel and ERP systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • CNG station gas scheduling/nominating, management, and reporting.
  • Executes month end balancing between compression, decompression, and inventory.
  • Monitors gas markets, ensures adequate and appropriate gas supply is available to the CNG stations.
  • Plans and de-risk gas supply to CNG stations as well as optimizes gas purchase prices as available.
  • Reviews, QC operating data (compression, PRS, etc.) and identifies issues and coordinates fixes with the operations and sales teams as needed.
  • Serves as the leads for business activity reporting.
  • Interfaces with operations, sales, and engineering to provide as needed data and reporting.
  • Works with systems teams to integrate operations data into visualization reporting systems.
  • Quality checks and reconciles internal and external daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Supports the LPI team with various daily, weekly, and monthly operational monitoring, reporting, and communications along with other projects to achieve company goals.
  • Develops and implements metrics to measure gas supply performance.
  • Regularly reports on performance metrics and identifies areas for improvement.

Salary:

$90,000/YR - $120,000/YR

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
