Education & Experience
Must have a Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field of study & 4 years of work experience performing statistical data analyses in the pharmaceutical or related industry. Of experience required, must have 4 years in each of the following:
performing computations & simulations which support drug development & clinical trials in regulated environment; helping strategic planning, developing protocols & statistical analysis plans, identifying data or analytical issues, & assisting with providing solutions by either applying own skills & knowledge or seeking help from others; ensuring accuracy & internal consistency of reports & publications, including tables, listings, & figures utilizing statistical software SAS & R; & utilizing Bayesian Adaptive design & Machine Learning for clinical trials.
Alternatively, would accept PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field & 2 years of work experience performing statistical data analyses in the pharmaceutical or related industry & 2 years each of (i) through (iv) .
Work experience may be gained concurrently.
Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience & training.
Additional Information
Salary Range: $158,203.95 - $197,000.00 per year

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate w/ cross-functional team for the design, statistical analysis & reporting of clinical trials & other scientific research studies.
- Discuss strategic planning, provide timely updates & obtain consensus with management of different levels.
- Contribute to strategic planning to ensure statistically optimized development plans & assist in the creation of strategic objectives for regulatory filings.
- Identify & anticipate issues arising in the study design, conduct & propose scientifically sound approaches.
- Ensure that study results & conclusions are scientifically sound, clearly presented, & consistent with statistical analyses provided.
