Job Summary: The Director, Process and Technology Solutions is a critical role responsible for liaising between the business and technology to identify, document, prioritize and execute upon system requests and requirements. The role combines technical skills with collaboration and leadership to manage a pipeline of work and provide guidance that enhances efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Lead support functions as part of a team to strategize, plan and execute on a time sensitive and variable-scale systems initiatives
Assist in the planning and execution of systems initiatives, incorporating risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Act as liaison between Commercial Mortgage Servicing lines of business and technology partners
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and pipeline management, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic impact that requires advanced analytical skills and knowledge of organizational strategy and business execution
Facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Work independently to make recommendations by providing support and leadership
Collaborate and consult with members of the team and team leaders in developing plans to execute on strategic initiatives
Demonstrate leadership in management of relationships and implementation of strategic initiative with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in related fields, business systems analysis or design.
  • Ability to lead collaborative efforts and communications between technology and business groups.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience in business systems analysis, design, HTML, SQL, Jira, Confluence.
  • Experience with Agile and Kanban work environments.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative, results-oriented work environment.
