Transmission Line Engineer
EarthStream Global are looking for a Transmission Line Engineer that focuses on both civil and electrical engineering aspects of transmission line design, working on systems ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV. This role requires a solid understanding of transmission systems and line design principles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design cost-effective solutions for high voltage transmission lines.
• Represent the Engineering department and participate in cross-departmental meetings.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Perform transmission line engineering tasks independently.
• Balance innovation with standardized work processes.
• Senior level engineers (Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer) will ensure projects meet quality and schedule goals.
• Occasional travel for short assignments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in transmission line design.
• Experience in preparing cost-effective designs in an EPC environment.
• Familiarity with substation structures, foundations, and site development.
• Familiarity with design documents and drawings essential for project completion.
