Our team is growing, and we're seeking a purpose-driven Outreach & Partnerships Manager to help us build relationships, attract clinicians, and deepen referral networks across Minnesota. This is a relational, community-centered role for someone who thrives on building trust - not just marketing messages.
You'll play a direct role in expanding access to care by growing our clinician workforce and building the referral systems that connect people to services. Role Summary
This is a field-based outreach and engagement role for someone who thrives in motion - presenting, connecting, visiting campuses, and building partnerships. You'll lead outreach strategy to universities, referral sources, and other trusted partners to build workforce pipelines and increase awareness of our services.
You'll also help shape Lorenz Clinic's employer brand presence with support from a Marketing Coordinator, and you'll track campaign and partnership effectiveness to inform ongoing strategy. You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to help execute Lorenz's vision for workforce-led growth.
This is not a remote position - the person in this role is expected to be visible in the community and show up consistently to deepen partnerships and support clinician recruitment. Some hybrid work may be possible, and the job is posted in both Minneapolis and Victoria to reflect where outreach occurs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinician recruitment campaigns (digital + in-person)
- Implement outreach strategies that drive both clinician interest and client inflow
- Build and maintain referral partnerships with universities, hospitals, and providers
- Represent Lorenz at career fairs, info sessions, and outreach events
- Create and manage email, social, and CRM campaigns to nurture candidate and referral relationships
- Track performance metrics (e.g., applications, hires, referrals, partnerships, client inflow)
- Collaborate with HR and clinical leadership to align messaging and ensure candidate fit
- Support brand presence and website content with support from a Marketing Coordinator
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Have 5-8 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, development, or outreach
- Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, psychology, education, or a related field
- Are a natural connector who loves building trust in communities
- Thrive in scrappy, mission-first environments with a bias for action
- Are comfortable speaking, presenting, and writing with clarity and warmth
- Understand how to track outreach ROI and iterate as you go
- Have some exposure to mental health, healthcare, or higher education (preferred)
- Are open to local travel (weekly) between campuses, clinics, and partners
Preferred Skills
- Strong in-person partnership management and relationship-building
- Experience managing or supporting PPC campaigns or recruitment budget
- Familiarity with employer branding in healthcare or nonprofit settings
- Understanding of product-led growth principles or lifecycle marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree a plus
