Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant (LBEC) to support the Market Coverage Business Management and division teams.

In this role, you will:
- Support the Market Coverage Business Management team Division Leads (DL) with organizing and setting up routines necessary to effectively run the business
- Assist Division Leads with the development of materials for internal meetings
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the key reports and dashboards Senior Leadership is using to track success of the division
- Serve as point for the consolidation of files to support our various strategic initiatives
- Help/get involved with call planning, including any pre-call preparation to support the DL or Division Executive (DE), taking call notes and coordinating debriefs post call
- Act as the primary point person for CB Relationship Management (RM) inquiries and escalations, including new hire/transfer system access
- Along with the DL, support functional processes/programs including segmentation, client transfers, coverage attribution, process changes, etc.
- Partner with HR and DL to track all matters pertaining to recruiting, including current and future staffing needs
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with ability to create a storyline through visuals and data. Ability to create executive-ready PowerPoint decks
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work easily in a matrix reporting structure, with accountability both to both the Business Management team and to the Division/client facing teams
- Front line or client-facing experience preferred
