Job Title: FLOAT LPN Clinic / Professional Services
Profession: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Hours per Shift: 8 hours, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Experience: 1 year recent acute care and/or 1 year doctor office experience
License: Active NY LPN license
Certifications: AHA BLS, EPIC training
Must-Have: Ability to float between local offices as needed

Description:
FLOAT LPN Clinic / Professional Services, providing care for patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Candidates must have recent acute care or doctor office experience.
The position requires an active NY LPN license and certifications in AHA BLS and EPIC training.
The primary location will be the base site, with travel between local offices as needed.
Schedules will be provided at least 15 days in advance.
Float locations will include various primary care and specialty clinics.
There is a 50-mile radius rule for travel requirements.
