You will join the Global Supply Chain team for KitchenAid Small Appliances (KASA). This is a strategic function responsible for ensuring global product availability, optimizing inventory, and leading the global S&OP process. The team is at the forefront of deploying AI, analytics, and real-time systems to deliver superior consumer experience, inventory efficiency, and resilience across the end-to-end supply chain.
This role in summary
As the Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain, you will lead the global S&OP process while also driving digital transformation initiatives that modernize our supply chain planning systems, data intelligence, and automation capabilities. You will help lead the shift from manual and regional planning to an integrated, AI-powered global planning environment.

This role in summary
As the Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain, you will lead the global S&OP process while also driving digital transformation initiatives that modernize our supply chain planning systems, data intelligence, and automation capabilities. You will help lead the shift from manual and regional planning to an integrated, AI-powered global planning environment.
Your responsibilities will include
- Own and evolve the global S&OP process to improve forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, and supply responsiveness.
- Act as a digital transformation change agent-leading implementation of next-generation planning tools (AI forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning automation).
- Partner with IT, Data Science, and Commercial leaders to drive roadmap execution for digital tools such as control towers, predictive analytics, and integrated business planning.
- Manage and coach a global team responsible for OEM supply planning, Greenville production planning, Tableau analytics, regional deployment, and launch execution.
- Define and track both operational and transformation KPIs (e.g., forecast value-add, automation adoption, inventory turns, and decision latency reduction).
- Champion data governance, reporting standardization, and system integration across ERP, analytics, and planning platforms.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and cross-functional collaboration aligned with the broader Whirlpool digital supply chain strategy.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in global S&OP, demand/supply planning, or supply chain transformation roles.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and managing direct reports.
Preferred skills and experiences
- Master's degree or MBA with emphasis in Operations, Supply Chain, or Management Analytics
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives such as:
- AI/ML forecasting and replenishment systems
- Supply Chain Control Tower implementation
- ERP modernization or IBP platform rollouts (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis)
- Strong understanding of data architecture, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and automation platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Python, RPA).
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or ASCM (CPIM, CSCP).
- Proven ability to drive change in matrix organizations and influence across senior levels.
