Description

Everi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the development, delivery, and ongoing management of our game systems and platforms. This role will serve as a key partner to the Director of Product Management, helping to drive alignment across internal teams, streamline operations, and ensure our products deliver value to our customers and to Everi.

This isn't a "set it and forget it" product role - you'll be at the center of the action, managing product lifecycles across multiple system touchpoints including MForce, MLink, SignForce, Nitro, and Honeycomb. If you love solving complex operational challenges, translating cross-functional inputs into clear roadmaps, and keeping games, systems, and stakeholders connected-this is your lane.

This position will by hybrid and located in either Las Vegas or Austin, TX.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment managing products owned through the product life cycle from conception through end-of-life.
  • Responsible for identifying and documenting risks, such as delays, roadblocks, and deviations from original plan.
  • Customarily and regularly communicate product features and positioning; conducts product training, as needed.
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment defining product vision and strategy, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with Company goals and customer needs.
  • Responsible for understanding and creating Marketing Requirement's Documents (MRD's); integrates usability studies, user research, and market analysis into product requirements, ensuring products satisfy customer needs.
  • Responsible for determining implementation strategy of new feature requests and making trade off decisions as they apply to products.
  • Coordinates and communicates with stakeholders and multiple cross-functional teams throughout the development process; resolves issues as they emerge and evolve.
  • Act as day-to-day product owner for platform-integrated systems that power Everi EGMs and features across core and tournament play
  • Create, manage, and deliver product requirements and documentation across new features, enhancements, and platform releases
  • Serve as a bridge between engineering, game studios, QA, and field operations
  • Track and prioritize studio requests, system dependencies, and configuration changes across platforms
  • Assist with cross-departmental communication-ensuring Sales, Studios, and Ops understand what's shipping, when, and why
  • Support install planning, go-to-market timelines, and internal product enablement initiatives


Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in gaming, casino systems, or complex hardware-software environments
  • Comfortable operating across multiple systems and teams at once
  • You thrive on execution - translating strategic vision into real-world deliverables
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; you can speak Studio and translate for Engineering (and vice versa)
  • Highly organized and capable of owning a roadmap and release schedule end-to-end
  • Bonus: You've worked in platform product management or supported slot game development with layered system dependencies

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 - $140,000 annually.
