You will collaborate closely with clients and subject matter experts to document current and future state business processes, develop comprehensive change management plans, and lead multiple project workstreams across all phases. Your expertise in change management will be crucial in managing client expectations, supporting PMO activities, and effectively communicating change initiatives.
What You Will Work On
- Execute and oversee change management activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Work with clients and subject matter experts to document current and future state business processes.
- Create Stakeholder Assessments, Change Impact Assessments, Business Process Impact Documentation, and Communication Plans.
- Provide insights and guidance in organizational transformation and change management.
- Lead and contribute to multiple project workstreams, including analysis, design, build, testing, and go-live phases.
- Manage client expectations within the defined scope of engagement.
- Assist with schedule management, risk and issue tracking, and resource management.
- Work with client stakeholders to identify and articulate change or transformation outcomes.
- Develop and execute change management adoption plans, from problem assessment to execution.
- Engage with stakeholders to refine the change narrative, assess impacts, and recommend approaches.
- Design, develop, and deploy change, communication, and training plans, along with supporting artifacts.
- Build or source materials to ensure adoption of changes, including presentations, FAQs, news stories, leader talking points, and visual assets.
- Create and lead change networks to support transformation initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- Prosci Change Management Certification required
- 7-10 years of proven experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project workstreams and client expectations.
- Experience with PMO activities, including schedule management, risks and issues tracking, and resource management.
- Expertise in developing and executing change management adoption plans.
- Ability to create and lead change networks.
