Job Summary:
The Network Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping the strategy, design, and lifecycle management of enterprise-wide network solutions. This role bridges technical and business domains, ensuring that networking products and services meet current and future business needs with high performance, scalability, and security. The role is responsible for driving product strategy, managing vendor relationships, aligning cross-functional teams, and overseeing network innovation and modernization initiatives.

Job Summary:
The Network Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping the strategy, design, and lifecycle management of enterprise-wide network solutions. This role bridges technical and business domains, ensuring that networking products and services meet current and future business needs with high performance, scalability, and security. The role is responsible for driving product strategy, managing vendor relationships, aligning cross-functional teams, and overseeing network innovation and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Strategy Ownership:
- Define and manage the roadmap for enterprise network services, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and cloud networking.
- Lead the assessment and adoption of new technologies to support scalability, automation, and digital transformation goals.
- Align network capabilities with enterprise architecture, cloud strategies, and security policies.
Network Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of network infrastructure-from design to implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze network performance to ensure SLAs are met, implementing continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure integrated support for hybrid environments.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with business units, IT leadership, and external vendors to understand requirements, align priorities, and deliver value.
- Translate business needs into technical network requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Communicate project and product status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
Vendor & Partner Engagement:
- Evaluate, select, and manage network solution vendors and partners.
- Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs), manage contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
Governance, Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure network services comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead efforts related to network risk assessments, incident response planning, and disaster recovery readiness

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking or infrastructure product management.
- Understanding of network technologies including SD-WAN, BGP, MPLS, VPN, firewalls, and cloud connectivity.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and enterprise-scale project execution.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Salary range:
$107,100.00 - $192,800.00
