What You Will Do at Graco
Principal Product Owner, Microsoft 365 will lead the strategy, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other tools within the suite. The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for M365 tools, aligning them with business goals and user needs.
- Identify opportunities to leverage M365 features and integrations to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for M365 platform updates, working closely with Microsoft to stay informed of upcoming features and improvements.
User Adoption & Training
- Develop and execute a strategy to drive adoption of M365 tools, ensuring employees have the resources and training needed to maximize value.
- Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on M365 capabilities, best practices, and updates.
- Develop and distribute user guides, knowledge articles, and self-help resources to support continuous learning.
Change Management
- Lead change management initiatives related to M365, including communication and engagement strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units, gathering feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to coordinate rollouts, upgrades, and new feature launches, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Platform Configuration & Optimization
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of M365 tools, working closely with IT to ensure alignment with security and compliance policies.
- Monitor platform usage, performance, and security, optimizing functionality and user experience.
- Identify opportunities for process automation within M365 to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate regular reports on M365 usage, adoption rates, and productivity metrics, providing insights to IT and business leaders.
- Leverage analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of adoption initiatives, and guide future enhancements.
- Continuously monitor KPIs to assess the impact of M365 tools on employee productivity and engagement.
What You Will Bring to Graco
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, IT service management, or a related role with a focus on M365 or collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.) and the ability to leverage these tools to meet business objectives.
- Proven experience in driving adoption, managing change, and delivering training and support for end-users.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Accelerators
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certifications in M365, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or similar operational environments.
