Compensation:

$155k-$165k Salary, Based on Experience

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish and communicate clear sales objectives, regularly updating executive leadership on progress, opportunities, and risks.
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring client relationships by deeply understanding their business goals, challenges, and industry dynamics.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to inform strategic planning and execution.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and strategic solutions through impactful presentations and tailored proposals.
  • Analyze market forces and internal data to proactively adjust strategic direction and optimize budget allocation.
  • Review and interpret sales and operational reports to identify trends, forecast performance, evaluate profitability, and uncover new market opportunities.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and minimize disruption to sales operations.
  • Manage and monitor departmental expenses to align with budgetary goals and maximize ROI.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to expand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
  • Lead and support various cross-functional initiatives as required by executive leadership.
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales-driven programming at Wynwood Walls, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Manage on-site sales initiatives, including Tours, Street Art Experiences, and Membership Programs, with a focus on revenue growth and customer engagement.


Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Adept at negotiating and closing high-value deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Highly organized with superior time-management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tripleseat) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting revenue.
  • Comfortable representing the organization at public events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in the hospitality, tourism, arts, gallery, or cultural sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level client relationships.
  • Prior experience overseeing experiential sales initiatives (e.g., tours, events, memberships) is a strong plus.
