Cozen O'Connor is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst reporting directly to the Financial Systems Manager. This position is fully remote.
The Financial Systems team supports the firm's finance department by ensuring the financial applications are working appropriately with minimal interruption, in addition to focusing on future improvements for increasing efficiencies. The Financial Systems Analyst is the primary support role for the team. Day to day, their primary focus will be on supporting the financial applications (primarily Aderant Expert) by providing end-user support. They will also be responsible for performing daily system checks to ensure data integrity, develop and maintain Docudraft templates, write ad-hoc SQL queries for data pulls and assist in various financial systems projects. An individual who is technologically savvy, great at problem solving, has a drive to learn new things and great attention to detail would be an ideal fit.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and location.

Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 support for all day-to-day operations of the financial systems, primarily Aderant Expert and its peripheral applications (Docudraft, Chrome River, Adaptive Insights, Spotlight, etc.)
- Daily systems checks to ensure all processes are running successfully.
- Assist as liaison between the IS and Finance department and work closely with Finance personnel in direct support of financial systems.
- Identify issues, research process or data inconsistencies, and recommend solutions.
- Work with users to encourage full use of the system.
- Develop documentation on new and existing systems, procedures, and troubleshooting common problems.
- Develop and maintain Docudraft templates.
- Assist in all Aderant related financial system projects as required; including implementing modules and upgrades, requirement gathering, planning, testing, implementing, and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or IS related field, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of related financial systems experience. Aderant Expert experience highly preferred.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
- Understanding of SQL preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a consistent attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Finance, IS and other administrative and legal staff.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, while also being able to work independently and take initiative.
