Dr. Meghan Woodsum, start date August 18th, 2025. 0.9 FTE as Hospitalist (non-nocturnist hospitalist role). $234,130 for 0.9 FTE annual salary based on one year of post-graduate experience since residency completion in 2024. One time signing incentive of $20,000 and eligible for reimbursement of up to $5K in moving expenses.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to adult inpatients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Participate in admissions, discharges, and daily patient management.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and consulting physicians.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
- Prior hospitalist experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
