ABOUT THE POSITION:

The General Manager of our high-end furniture showroom is a key leadership role, responsible for driving sales, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring seamless showroom operations. This individual will be a brand ambassador, embodying the sophistication and quality that define Cantoni Group. They will lead a team of design consultants and support staff, creating a luxurious and welcoming environment for our clientele. This role demands a proven track record in high-end sales management, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury market. This individual will cultivate a high-performing team, create a luxurious and welcoming environment, and drive sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals. Motivate and coach the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and exceed individual sales targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Ensure that every customer receives a personalized and luxurious experience. Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Team Management & Development: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales consultants, design specialists, and support staff. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Showroom Operations & Visual Merchandising: Oversee all aspects of showroom operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and facility maintenance. Ensure that the showroom is impeccably maintained and reflects the brand's luxury aesthetic. Create visually appealing displays that showcase the furniture and inspire customers.
Marketing & Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the showroom. Plan and host special events to engage clients and promote the brand.
Financial Management & Reporting: Develop and manage the showroom budget. Monitor expenses, analyze financial performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and aesthetic of Cantoni Group. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures to ensure seamless showroom operations. Oversee inventory management, logistics, and customer service processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Manager in the luxury furniture or high-end retail industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing a luxurious experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and showroom operations.
Excellent financial management and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
