What you'll do
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Support thermal engineering team with complexity and BOM management.
Maintain all component BOM metrics (mass, cost, change level, etc.).
Interface with Mexico change management team.
Strong experience with VW change management process.
Experience with drawing and model release process used by VW Group.
Work with concept team to maintain up to date CAD, TPB and BOM.
Able to use Catia V5 proficiently in order to review drawings and complete the release process.

Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or combined electrical/mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a relevant field.
3-5+ years of experience in thermal, colling, and/or HVAC and relevant automotive assignments, covering all phases of product development (design, test, and launch).
Strong technical skills and expertise in automotive systems, employing a six-sigma approach to engineering design and problem-solving.
Familiarity with computer-aided engineering (CAE) or direct experience in this field.
Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
