Job Title: Principal Antenna Design Engineer
Location: Albuquerque, NM (on-site)
Salary: $180,000-$200,000/year
Requirements:
1.) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's highly preferred).
2.) 8+ years of recent professional experience with antenna design and engineering and expertise in complex antenna system design utilizing fundamental electromagnetic theory.
3.) Candidates MUST have (or be eligible to obtain) Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

- Stay current with advancements in antenna technology and incorporate new techniques into designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field); Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in antenna design/engineering and expertise in complex antenna system design utilizing fundamental electromagnetic theory.
- Proficiency in antenna engineering principles and design methodologies.
- Experience with simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of RF, microwave, and quasi-optical antenna systems technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
