Your New Role...
A Senior Writer Producer with consistently superior creative, conceptual, editing, writing, and producing skills, and with developing leadership skills. Reports directly to the Creative Director of Marketing Audiovisual (AV). Frequently assigned a key producing role in tentpole campaigns for Original Programming and Brand and may oversee lower- or mid-level campaigns under the guidance of the Creative Director or Associate Creative Director. Edits and produces assets for tentpole campaigns with regular guidance from senior staff and regular management oversight; edits and produces assets for mid-level campaigns independently with general management oversight. Maintains cross-functional relationships at a peer level and possesses solid presentation, communication and team building skills. May help direct the creative work of other producers on projects. Mentors junior staff. Responsible for staying on campaign budget. Oversees production teams to lead capture of behind-the-scenes material on set, with additional content capture responsibilities at events and shoots.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $94,651.00 - $175,781.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.

Your Role Accountabilities
- Conceptualize, write, produce, and edit promotional assets for HBO and Max Programming and Brand campaigns.
- Implement and maintain creative vision and "look and feel" of campaigns from inception to release.
- Edit promotional content ranging from :30 promos to trailers to long-form and multi-title sizzles.
- Screen and research productions. Develop concepts. Write scripts. Direct voice-over talent.
- Supervise motion graphics production. Supervise video and audio finishing process with the ability to approve finishes.
- Act independently as lead field producer on set and at events during content-capture phase of campaign.
- Provide feedback and guidance to other producers on their creative work.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Work with Creative Director/Associate Creative Director to oversee outside Vendors.
- Manage prescribed deadlines and budgets.
- Responsible for general administrative and logistical project oversight.
Qualifications and Experience...
- Superior editing skills (preferably Avid).
- Superior writing and producing skills.
- Superior time management skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Leadership skills including mentorship, communication and team building.
- Developing management skills.
- Strong inter- and intra-group relations skills.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and good judgment.
- Strong knowledge of production management, post-production, video, writing, and producing.
- A firm grasp of on-set etiquette along with notable production experience.
- Strong production crew management.
- Experience interviewing talent.
- 5-7 years experience editing and producing AV for marketing campaigns preferred.
