JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for driving high-impact initiatives across luxury cruise brands. Oversee cross-functional projects that support business transformation, innovation, and growth. Ensure projects are aligned with organizational priorities, delivered on time, and positioned for long-term success.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and guest experience standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to scope, plan, and prioritize initiatives that drive business performance, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, risk assessments, and key milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, facilitating decision-making, and managing communication flows.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business case development to support strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance using KPIs and other success metrics; identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Marketing, Hotel Operations, Guest Services, IT, and Brand Finance teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Support executive reporting and board presentations with polished deliverables and strategic insights.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business, Strategy, Hospitality or related field

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, strategic consulting, or business transformation
  • Previous experience within luxury travel, hospitality, or cruise industry preferred.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Proactive, commercially minded person with a passion for travel and an eye for operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
  • PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Passion for the luxury travel segment and an understanding of high-end consumer expectations.
