Job Overview:

We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to develop and oversee our affiliate marketing strategies for top digital creators and influencers. This role involves managing and strategically optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive revenue and brand collaborations. You'll work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure successful campaigns that align with our talent's unique audiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Program Development: Establish and manage an affiliate marketing strategy tailored for digital creators.
  • Recruitment & Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners, brands, and networks.
  • Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaign performance and offer content strategy recommendations, ensuring maximum ROI for creators and partners.
  • Partnership Coordination: Collaborate with talent managers to align affiliate deals with creators' brand, content, and audience.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Secure favorable commission structures, bonuses, and long-term agreements for creators.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in influencer affiliate marketing.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide data-driven reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.), deep knowledge of the affiliate platforms (LTK, ShopMy, Amazon, etc.) and creator monetization strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, and communicate key data points to highlight success.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to secure high-value partnerships and commission structures.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with creators, brands, and internal teams.


Salary Description

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 B.O.E.
