Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, business management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing priorities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations and management in a complex organization.
• Experience in financial management, project management, governance, and technology management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive business insights.
• Excellent partnership and relationship management skills.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages clearly and effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the execution of day-to-day business operations.
• Coordinate business activities including resource forecasting and personnel processes.
• Manage and drive the production of consistent and appropriate documentation.
• Develop robust communication and engagement plans for executives and teams.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and manage project progress against goals.
