We are currently looking for a National Sales Manager to join our team in the USA.
This is a heavily client facing sales role that will focus on the sale of KioSoft products and services across the country. The US office for KioSoft Technologies is in Boynton Beach, FL, however, you will only occasionally be on site outside of your first few weeks of training. The bulk of your client base in this role will focus on Commercial Laundry Equipment Distributors, and various laundry facilities.
The expected territory for this National Sales Manager primarily covers the Northeast and Upper Midwest of the United States, account coverage from coast to coast, with portions of Canada are possible. Once fully trained the expectations of this role will require you to travel 40%+ of the year, as you will be tasked with holding in-person meetings to close deals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable maintaining relationships and be able to increase revenue with existing clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to develop new business organically, and from referred sales leads
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach, with the ability to drive the process with the decision maker and close the sale.
- Have prior experience in long sales cycles.
- In this role you will be expected to develop and manage on-going customer relationships and work with all levels of stakeholders within the client's organization by building rapport and becoming a "trusted advisor"
- Ability to communicate KioSoft Technologies business value of our product solutions and services to the client base.
- Proven ability to drive revenue within your given market and become the solution of choice with your existing accounts.
- Experience assisting your current accounts with renewals and contracts extensions.
- Diligent tracking of your sales forecast and ability to provide detailed reporting to KioSoft Technologies leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience with equipment sales and/or enterprise level software sales demonstrating the ability to achieve sales goals and drive revenue using proven sales methods.
- Prior experience in commercial laundry sales is preferred.
- Ability to develop and manage senior-role relationships and work with multiple client-based stakeholders.
- Strong networking ability and business development with both KioSoft Technologies staff, as well as, with the clients in the assigned market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong presentation and writing skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate with other Sales staff across the KioSoft Technologies team to assist in selling a complete suite of hardware, software, and services.
- Ability to travel within North America at a minimum of 40%+.
- College or University degree is preferred.
