If so, then you belong on the Siemens Digital Experience Xcelerator Product team.

As a Product Manager on the Siemens Digital Experience Xcelerator Product team, you will be responsible for positively amplifying the user experience and increasing the value proposition for one or more digital products.

You will join an organization comprised of Product Managers, Researchers and Designers, Content Strategists, and Engineers dedicated to building the best, friction-free digital buyer's journey experiences for Siemens customers. In this role you will be responsible for building trust with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product segments, support, and customer success, earning the right to innovate on their behalf. You will practice an agile approach to product design and development.

This is the perfect role for you if you possess best-in-class product management skills combined with experience in any of the following areas: Account Based Marketing (ABM), Revenue Waterfall Model, complex product portfolio management, digital customer communities, eCommerce or SaaS, software trials, eCommerce, marketing demand generation campaigns, marketing automation, personalization, automation, web component services, architectural patterns, and/or omnichannel sales.

A Product Manager is expected to:
  • Be the primary contact with partners, starting by understanding business problems and needed outcomes and advocating for the customer.
  • Always start with the customer and work backwards to define and champion a compelling product vision.
  • Capture, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop a product roadmap that informs a prioritized design and development plan.
  • Set targets for success and constantly review analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
  • Think from the outside in.
  • Prioritize product features and categorize into key delivery milestones and releases.
  • Establish and nurture an extraordinarily strong product relationship with Design and Engineering partners.
  • Communicate - the good and the bad - with customers at all points of the product lifecycle - from requirements gathering to release and iterations and ultimately end of useful product life.
  • Plan future features, releases, and iterations, based on qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Is an excellent communicator, able to remove individual ego, and values constructive criticism.
  • Can focus on a problem or opportunity and identify the best option to tackle it.
  • Is comfortable with healthy tension and willing to challenge status quo and inside-out thinking.
  • Is capable of saying no to ensure a focus on delivering products and features that drive value.
  • Can make hard priority decisions and back them up with reason, data, and logic.
  • Is a prolific storyteller.
  • Speaks design language with designers, development language with engineers, and business language with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates high emotional intelligence.
  • The digital buyer's journey.
  • One or more of the following: eCommerce, Digital Account Based Marketing, Revenue Waterfall, Digital Trials, Generative AI, Automation, Digital Personalization, Digital Marketing and Sales, Software Product Development environments, and/or AI Machine Learning, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
  • Operating as a Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Setting the product vision, defining the product strategy, and prioritizing against a product roadmap.
  • Large, matrixed, global organizations with complex product portfolios
  • Driving change for customers and across internal organizations
  • Working across a wide variety of global stakeholders with different product, cultural, geographic, language, and prior experience biases.
  • Collaborating remotely with distributed teams.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in digital marketing/sales, eCommerce product Development or working with Generative AI and AI Machine Learning, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
  • Experienced operating in an Agile Framework and working in JIRA, or similar.
  • Able to travel on average 1 week per quarter.
  • Managed at least one digital product through the entire product lifecycle.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $126,100 to $227,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees).
