About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager to join our high-performing team at UKG. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our market-leading Workforce Management time clocks and data collection solutions, impacting the lives of millions of employees worldwide.

You will collaborate closely with senior product leadership to define and execute a compelling product strategy that delivers exceptional value to our customers. You will help develop the product roadmap, focused on innovation and customer centricity. By leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
- Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team
- Manage the technology life cycle of products, features and enhancements through conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review, release, and end of life

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in hardware product management
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- We work in a hybrid model. 3 days per week in the office is required when not traveling. Local candidates highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with embedded systems or those running on Android application
- Prior experience with biometric products and technologies
- Prior experience with Enterprise SaaS Applications
- Prior experience with Workforce Management and Human Capital Management products or markets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
- Ability to work successfully within a team and manage a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Able to guide individuals with different personalities and styles to a common outcome
- Ability to inspire and lead development teams without management authority
- Effective communication skills: ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills

The pay range for this position is $126,300 to $181,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
