Education & Experience
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Intelligence/Analytics or equivalent, & 3 years of work experience driving business decisions with data-driven analyses. Of work experience required, must have 3 years in each of the following: (i) deciphering & generating complex SQL queries using window functions, CTEs & aggregate functions; (ii) generating business insights using Tableau, or PowerBI; (iii) mining, validating & structuring disparate datasets within the big data eco-system; (iv) applying statistical analyses, experiment design, regression & modeling to business problems; & (v) translating data results in a non-technical format for written & oral presentations to business stakeholders.
In interview setting, must pass company's SQL, data visualization & business acumen test given to all applicants for position.
Work experience may be gained concurrently. 100% Telecommuting permitted.
Additional Information
Salary Range: $140,062.50 - $173,500.00 per year

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to answer analytical questions critical to the success of our teams & our customers.
- Design innovative analytic approaches to test hypotheses, extract actionable insights by identifying patterns in structured & unstructured data, & develop recommendations to drive business performance.
- Be instrumental in leading the use of analytics as a critical value driver & source of competitive advantage across our organization.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques (core statistical-modeling, data visualization, data mining) to extract actionable insights through analysis of large-scale, high-dimensional data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytic needs of largest customers & provide accurate & actionable analysis to support their critical business decisions.
- Shape the thinking of teams but by communicating the details of analysis & its business implications.
- Develop dashboards to enable clear visibility into business performance.
- Work with data engineers to ensure accurate & up-to-date data power each analysis.
