Including but not limited to diversification of project scope, size, and type as well as the introduction of cutting-edge mechanical construction methodologies and technologies.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' prior experience as a PM for a commercial mechanical contractor.
- Proficiency with computer programs, especially Navisworks, AutoCAD Fabrication, and Revit, preferred.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar is preferred, but trade experience will be considered in-lieu of education.
